The short version: we don't sell your data, this website doesn't store your submission, and your details are used only to arrange your appointment and passed to the company we match you with. The detail follows.

What we collect, and why
When you use the matching form we ask for: the service you're interested in, your postcode, your preferred timeline, your name, email address and phone number. We collect this for one purpose - matching your project with a local supplier, contacting you to arrange your appointment, and passing your details to your matched company so they can carry it out. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting.
Where your details go
- Our matching team. Your submission is emailed to our team so we can contact you and organise your appointment with your matched company.
- Your matched company. Your details are passed to the local supplier matched to your project - and only to them - so they can carry out your appointment and quote.
- You. We email you a confirmation, and we'll call you to arrange your appointment.
- Nobody else. We don't sell your data, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists.
What we don't do
- This website does not store your submission - it's passed on and not kept here.
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
- Beyond your confirmation email and the contact needed to arrange your appointment, we don't get in touch again - no marketing, no mailing lists.
Services we use
- Resend delivers the emails above (to our matching team and your confirmation to you). Your details pass through their delivery service in transit, as with any email.
- Fathom Analytics gives us anonymous, cookieless visitor statistics. It doesn't identify you and doesn't track you across the web.
- Facebook (Meta) Pixel helps measure our advertising - it runs only if you accept it via the cookie banner. See the cookie policy.
Your matched company becomes a controller too
Once your details reach your matched company, they handle them under their own privacy policy - your appointment, quote and any relationship from there (visits, quotes, contracts) is between you and them.
Your rights
You have the usual UK GDPR rights - access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the ICO. Because we don't store your submission, email info@compare-conservatoryroofs.co.uk and we'll help you sort any request either way - including with your matched company.
